**Job Overview**

We are looking to hire someone that is responsible for managing all aspects of the people & culture initiatives and operations. This senior level role requires a strategic and visionary leader who can drive the implementation of effective HR policies and practices that align with Xtremax’s mission, vision, and values. He/She plays a crucial role in shaping the organization's culture and attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the organization's business goals and objectives.
- Review the strategies periodically to ensure that it remains relevant to the changing organisational needs.
- Oversee the smooth execution of day-to-day operations and processes, ensuring the team’s strategic KPIs are met.
- Drive strategies that promote a positive and engaging company culture so as to support employee well-being, engagement, retention and development.
- Provide regular mentorship and guidance to the senior leaders on strategic people management, performance and development issues.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, employee regulations and best practices to ensure that the organization remains compliant and competitive.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in HR management or related/equivalent field
- Experience in HR management roles ideally in the tech industry
- More than 10 years of experience in HR leadership, with a proven track record of success in developing initiatives
- Visionary leadership skills and possesses a strategic mindset with a relentless focus on execution
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills and gain insights to make informed decisions
- Highly resilient individual that has the strong desire to implement the best practices to align with Xtremax’s goals
