Reporting to the Executive Director, you will lead a team of dedicated HR professionals to design and implement people strategies for an impactful workforce to serve persons with disabilities and their families.

You will provide strategic leadership in the areas of diversity and inclusion; employee wellbeing; continuous workforce improvement; staff training and professional development; and HR policy development and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, inspiring, building and empowering teams towards achieving RC’s mission
- Designing, developing and executing best-practice initiatives for core human resources policies and programmes
- Championing RC’s culture by helping employees understand and live our core values through effective programs that promote morale while achieving our mission and vision

You would:

- Have at least 12 years of relevant experience - at least three years at a senior management level in a multi-disciplinary organisation within a related field or sector would be a distinct advantage
- Identify strongly with our mission to empower persons with disabilities and contribute to building inclusive communities in which they can thrive.
- Be excited to work with other like-minded senior leaders and the board towards achieving RC’s strategic goals
- Be a “hands on” professional able to work at all levels, from undertaking the day-to
- day to developing strategic initiatives
- Thrive in a continually developing and changing workplace context and motivate others to embrace change
- Have knowledge of HR policies, systems, and related laws and a commitment to keeping current with policies, systems, and related laws.
