Job Opportunity: People Director

Join a global healthtech company as a People Director, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Engagement, and Development internationally. Collaborate with the global lead recruiter to shape and implement the company's talent strategy. Responsibilities include creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing recruitment processes, and safeguarding company culture. Foster positive relationships through performance management and feedback, oversee onboarding and offboarding, and develop HR policies to maintain organizational effectiveness.

Requirements include high English proficiency, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields, and at least 8 years of experience in People strategy & Engagement and Talent Acquisition, specifically for expats and software talent. Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and familiarity with HRIS and ATS are essential. A results-driven mindset and passion for creating a positive work environment are crucial.
