As Marketing Technology Director , you will:

• Lead the development and execution of APAC-wide CRM and marketing automation strategies, focusing on loyalty, retention, and lifetime value.
• Drive innovation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (must-have), integrating with Braze for personalised, omni-channel engagement.
• Collaborate closely with data, analytics, and product teams to create targeted, insight-driven campaigns (experience with Tealium or similar CDPs is a plus).
• Mentor & develop a small, high-performing regional team, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Champion best practices in marketing technology, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations across multiple APAC markets.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has proven leadership experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or MarTech within eCommerce, retail, or other digital-first sectors.
• Possesses deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and solid working knowledge of Braze .
• Ideally has exposure to Tealium or other customer data platforms.
• Combines strategic vision with a practical, data-driven mindset—turning insights into impactful marketing actions.
• Has APAC regional or multi-market experience , and understands the nuances of diverse customer bases.
• Is an inspiring leader and excellent communicator who can manage stakeholders and deliver results.
