As a support staff, your role is to support policies and schemes in specific functional areas.
**[What you will be working on]**
Workday System Operations & Support
- Provide comprehensive operational support for Core HCM and Benefits modules in Workday.
- Perform data maintenance and manage business processes such as Hiring, Job Change, Termination, and other employee lifecycle events.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and close collaboration with other HR teams.
- Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with IT or Workday support teams for resolution.
- Maintain and update educational records and employee profiles in Workday.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Process death gratuity and manage transport-related reimbursements.
- Coordinate training logistics, including registration and payment to providers
- Manage departmental assets, including inventory tracking.
- Support ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
**[What we are looking for]**
- Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities with proven ability to solve complex problems.
- Maintains high standards of data accuracy while ensuring compliance with established protocols.
- Proactive in identifying operational gaps and developing practical enhancement solutions.
- Possesses hands-on experience in data analysis and report generation using MS Excel and related analytical tools.
