**Responsibilities**:
- Perform HR functions such as employees’ benefits, reporting and leave management.
- Involve and support the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Provide general administrative and documentation support.
- Assist in Training & Development function.
- Assist with HR policies & processes, system improvement and implementation.
- Keep abreast of all legal and statutory requirements and ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws.
- Assist in regional HR administrative work.
- Perform ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by superior.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resource.
- Preferably with working experience as HR personnel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter, independent and meticulous.
- High level of integrity with a positive work attitude.
- Able to commit for 1 year contract duration.
