**Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant**
- (Convertible to Full-Time)_
**Working Hours**
- **Shift Duration**: 4 hours per shift
- **Minimum**: 5 shifts per week (Monday to Friday)
- **Public Holidays**: Off
- **Available Shifts**:
- **Morning**: 9:45 AM - 1:45 PM
- **Afternoon**: 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM
- **Full-Time Conversion**: Option to convert after **30 working days** (**240 hours**).
**Salary**
- **S$15 per hour** _(inclusive of CPF contribution, if applicable)_
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with customer reception and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Organize and manage daily office administrative tasks.
- Maintain office tidiness and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
**Requirements**:
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
**Preferred Qualifications** _(optional but advantageous)_
- Prior experience in administrative, data entry, or customer service roles.
- Membership with the **Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS)** is **preferred but not mandatory**.
