We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as we expand. We firmly believe in providing opportunities for all our staff to grow and develop.

This position is responsible for the daily operation of all pantry services projects and related admininstrative duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organise and arrange client orders, packing, and delivery of goods and supplies.
- Maintain supplies of inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Engage with vendors and source for new and interesting products.
- Prepare inventory reports.
- Attend to on-site installation, organization, stocktaking, and other related duties for projects when required.
- Attend to client’s requests, feedback, and queries in a polite and professional manner.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the company.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Competent with MS Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good knowledge in supply management and administrative writing skills.
- Confident and meticulous with strong organizational skills
- Possess initiative, good interpersonal & communication skills with ability to deal with people from different corporate levels.
