Key Responsibilities:
- **Leadership and Management**:Provide direction and support to store managers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- **Sales and Operations**:Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and ensure efficient store operations.
- **Customer Service**:Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained across all stores, handling customer complaints and feedback effectively.
- **Performance Management**:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and provide feedback to store managers to improve performance.
- **Staff Management**:Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of store staff.
- **Compliance and Standards**:Ensure stores adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- **Communication**:Effectively communicate with senior management, providing updates on area performance and addressing any challenges.
- **Budget Management**:Allocate and monitor budget expenditure within the assigned area.
- **Business Development**:Identify opportunities for growth and implement initiatives to drive sales and profitability.
- **Store Visits**:Regularly visit stores to assess operations, provide guidance, and ensure consistency across locations.
- **Inventory Management**:Oversee inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and minimize losses.
- **Promotional Activities**:Implement marketing and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.

**Requirements**:
- Proven work experiences
Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- At least 4 years of experience in business development and operations marketing, or equivalent qualification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and Conflict management
- Possess a valid class 3 driving license
- Good driving record
- Relevant work experience is preferred
- Able/ willing to work on Weekends/ Public holidays is an advantage.
