Specific Responsibilities
1. Update tracking numbers and details of each courier services online. Ensure that incoming orders are processed in an accurate manner. Handle any failed deliveries and rearrange or reschedule them.
3. Generate sales reports and total number of deliveries, failed deliveries, and other expenditures.
4. Provide support when customers call regarding the deliveries. Assist in handling the back end work of each services and provide assistance when necessary.
