**MUST REQUIREMENT**:
- Desirable experience in Multi Tasking in operation, admin & HR.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Outstanding organizational, and time-management abilities, and strong ethics.
- Should be a pleasing personality with strong communication & interpersonal skills and demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask; Attitude - Go, Getter, Proactive; Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork.
**PRIMARY ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Internationalization: Lead, communicate, and coordinate with overseas related division/personnel.
- Globalization: Explore, study, and propose setting up a new office in other countries.
**SECONDARY DUTIES**:
**HR -**
- Preparation of company HR policy and ensuring its compliance.
- Handling the recruitment process from hiring to on-board to the separation of employees.
- Maintaining records of daily attendance and leaves of employees.
- Organizing office activities within budget and as per company policy.
- Promoting company values and promoting all social, wellness, and volunteering initiatives.
- Handling all matters related to employees’ grievances.
- Maintaining employee records and personnel files.
**ADMINISTRATION -**
- Overseeing the day-to-day office administrative activities.
- Generate Administrative documents (PI, Invoices, Receipts.)
- Generate Logistics documents (PL, DO, Export permits, BL, COO)
- Keep track of inventory and manage monthly stocktaking.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
**Working**:Timing: Monday to Friday (9 am ~ 6 pm)
