Singapore THE SUPERMARKET COMPANY PTE. LTD. Full time

Preparation of payroll; including yearly preparation and submission of all staff employment income (IR8A)
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts, HR letters/documents and recruitment guides, in consultation with management.
- Creating and maintaining employee records.
- Maintaining and updating of P-Files.
- Updating reports, such as sick and maternity leave etc prompt.
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance.
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover, MCs etc.
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.
- Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses.
- Communicating with external partners, when required, about our organisation’s brands and values.
- Collaborate with different business units for their recruitment needs.
- Apply, renew and cancel work pass for foreign employees when required.
- Handling employee’s termination including submission of IR21 tax clearance.
- Handling insurance-related queries; ensure all employees are appropriately insured.
- Update the Employee Handbook, HR policies and related procedures and ensure effective communication of all updates and policies to staff.
- Ensure compliance of HR policies.
- Work with agencies on all government grants (Government-Paid Child Care Leave, Maternity Leave, Paternity leave and NS make-up pay)
- Assist with all training and development matters.

Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR administrator, office manager or relevant role
- The 3 “R”s: Responsible, Resourceful & Reliable.
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good teamwork.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and HR systems and software.
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in HR, business, office administration or relevant field is preferred.
