Our client, a leading global logistics and freight forwarding company, is seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Officer to join their team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on recruitment, talent management, payroll administration, and employee relations.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the company
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of employees, including induction and orientation programs
Administer and manage payroll and employee benefits programs
Support talent management initiatives such as performance management, career development, and training programs
Resolve employee grievances and handle disciplinary matters
Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to and updated in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
Maintain accurate employee records and data, ensuring confidentiality and privacy are maintained
Collaborate with the HR team to implement employee engagement initiatives and company events
Provide HR support and advice to managers and employees on various HR matters
Manage ad-hoc HR projects as assigned by the HR Manager

**Requirements**:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry
Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
