To display a hands-on approach at all times to unite staff and guide them to ensure compliance with all food and beverage promotions, Company SOP including POS operations and cash handling practices, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Ambassador for restaurant, managing guests’ expectations and ensuring excellent customer experience
- Coordination of bookings and all guest enquiries
- Manage waiting lists and manage all guests’ expectations
- Welcome guests on arrival and to lead them to their table, and thank guests on departure and maintain guest records.
- To lead and manage-by-example in accordance with Company SOP, and rules and regulations for the following:

- Customer service
- Beverage service
- Staff grooming
- Punctuality & attendance
- Assist to manage Social Media platforms on enquiries and feedback.
- Handle all incidences and compliments.
- Coordinate events and group reservations and special requests.
- Manage daily administrative operations of Restaurant
- Any other appropriate duties & responsibilities as assigned by Superior or SeniorManagement.

**Requirements**:

- Good communicator and people-oriented.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field will be prioritised.
