**Our Client**:
RGF represents an Omakase fine dining cuisine, they are actively looking to hire a Guest Relations Officer to join them.

**The Responsibilities**:

- To always display a hands-on approach to unite staff and guide them to ensure compliance with all food and beverage promotions, Company SOP including POS operations and cash handling practices, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Ambassador for restaurant, managing guests' expectations and ensure excellent customer experience
- Coordination of bookings and all guest enquiries
- Manage waiting lists and manage all guests' expectations
- Welcome guests on arrival and to lead them to their table and thank guests on departure and maintain guest records.
- To lead and manage-by-example in accordance with Company SOPs, and rules and regulations

**The Requirements**:

- Customer service experience
- Handle all incidences and compliments
- Coordinate events and group reservations and special requests
