**Account Manager, Korea Responsibilities**:

- Provide pre and post-sales support to small and medium advertisers with our digital marketing products
- Work directly with advertisers to improve performance of Meta ads solutions/ campaigns
- Grow revenue through proactive and reactive initiatives
- Create collateral to educate and inform advertisers
- Gather advertiser and partner feedback to enhance current and future ad products
- Identify trends to increase advertiser satisfaction with the support process
- Develop solutions to optimize team workflows and improve team efficiency
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product teams within Facebook

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- BA/BS degree
- 1+ years experience in digital marketing or account management, sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean because the role will work directly with Korean advertisers in their local language to improve performance of Meta ads solutions/ campaigns
- Experience as a Facebook/Instagram user and familiarity with Meta’s ad products
- Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills, expertise in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high
- pressure situations
- Strong team working skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact
