DESIGNATION : [Korea Investment Partners] Associate, Operation (Korean Speaking)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with external service providers (Fund Administrator, Tax Advisor, etc.) to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial documentation
- Communicate regularly with Fund Investors and the HQ Operations Department for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and investment reporting
- Manage HR functions with Senior Management
- Analyze internal processes to enhance overall operational efficiency
- Support the Investment Officers during the investment approval process and quarterly portfolio reporting post-investment
- Perform market research on the technology startup and investment ecosystem in Southeast Asia
- Regular reporting to key financial authorities and institutions (MAS, MOM, etc.) in Singapore
- Support Senior Management in fundraising activities
- Ongoing management of key tools, subscriptions
- General corporate/administrative matters and miscellaneous office needs

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree (Accounting will be a plus)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Fund Operations, Accounting, Audit, Banking
- Reading and writing proficiency in English and Korean
- Strong accounting knowledge (Chartered Accountant will be a plus)
- Resourceful, detailed-oriented, organized, with personal initiative and a team-player mindset
