Senior/ Laboratory Officer, Biologics Lab

To provide technical and administrative support and assistance in the operations and maintenance of the Biologics Laboratory.
- Conduct routine biologic testing independently.
- Ensure smooth laboratory operations by diligently performing assigned duties, including the operation, maintenance and calibration of assigned instruments.
- Assist in documentation management following ISO17025 standards and support the preparation of standard operating procedures.
- Participate in proficiency testing programmes and support all quality assurance initiatives and activities.
- Maintain good laboratory safety practices and ensure laboratory cleanliness and safety.
- Participate in method development, work improvement and R&D projects.
- Assist in administrative duties to support laboratory operations.
**Job Requirement**
- A background in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences or other relevant disciplines.
- At least 1 year laboratory experience in biologics testing prefered.
- Experience with bioanalytical method development and validation strongly preferred.
- Experience with techniques in the fields of cell and molecular biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Microbiology and/or, Virology strongly preferred.
- Experience or knowledge of ISO17025 quality management system preferred.
- Working knowledge of general laboratory housekeeping and laboratory safety practices preferred.
- Good organisation skills and able to multitask and deliver good quality results in a timely and meticulous manner.
- Team player with effective communication and good interpersonal skills.
