- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of the lot release framework/programme.
- Review submissions, manage technology transfers, and oversee test method setup and equipment qualifications for biologics testing.
- Perform testing, interpret and compile results, provide expert comments to clients, and support policy compliance.
- Conduct investigations, evaluate training programmes, and undertake projects for laboratory operations and/or publications.
- Develop new or improved test methods for accreditation, assess clients' needs, and participate in relevant professional development activities.
- Participate in local and oversea attachments, learning courses and seminars/conferences (with posters or oral presentation) relevant to the area of work.

**Job Requirements**
- Postgraduate qualifications in relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in assay development, bioanalytics, or biotherapeutic development/manufacturing.
- Proficiency in method transfer, validation, and verification of bioanalytical assays.
- Proficiency in common biostatistics and analysis software preferred.
- Familiarity with government regulations for public health protection and relevant international guidelines and standards, such as ICH, USP, Ph.Eur. and ISO17025.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team, deliver results in a timely manner and a strong commitment to public health and safety.
