The Antimicrobial Biologics Laboratory in A*STAR ID Labs is looking for a highly self-motivated individual to join us as a Research Officer. Our mission is to develop the next generation of vaccines and biologics-based therapeutics to defend against emerging infectious disease threats to Singapore and to the world.

**The job responsibilities are as follows**:
Involvement in projects related to antibody and vaccine development

Perform wet lab experiments using techniques such as molecular biology, antibody protein expression, live or pseudovirus bioassays, bacterial culture, primary cell culture

Perform laboratory maintenance support activities.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Degree in Life Sciences/Biomedical Sciences/Biological Sciences/Biomedical Engineering or related fields
- Experience in a laboratory environment and strong wet lab laboratory technique
- Excellent organizational and skills and attention to details
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and a passion for research
- Adaptable to a diverse and cross-disciplinary environment, because we use a wide range of techniques to achieve our research outcomes
