**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with other Advancement and Alumni (A&A) team members in the management of events and workshops.
- Oversee, lead, manage and promote the SIT Alumni Mentoring Programme.
- Plan, coordinate and evaluate initiatives to promote alumni relations designed to connect alumni through engaging events and programme.
- Engage alumni and manage alumni volunteers and leaders
- Collaborate with colleagues from other divisions on programmes that engage alumni through multiple channels such as academic programmes and events.
- Develop and manage a student engagement programme.
- Plan and manage work processes related to the pre-event, on-site and post-event programme in collaboration with other A&A staff, alumni and student leaders.
- Assist in conceptualising and developing effective marketing and publicity collaterals in consultation with team members.
- Manage and encouraging alumni to lead and drive alumni groups.
- Maintain and update records of forthcoming events and track alumni attendance at events.
- Manage alumni benefit and services with other adminstative duties.
- Assist in managing the Alumni Management System processes
- Conduct post-event surveys; analyse results and make recommendations for improvement for future events.
- Perform other duties and manage projects as required by the Division to further SIT’s Advancement & Alumni work.
**Job Requirements**
- A recognised degree
- Minimum 2 years of proven track record in events or relationship management, preferably in an institution of higher learning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Experience and good knowledge of System data are added advantages
- Experience and good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (I.e. PhotoShop, Illustrator) and basic video editing skills are added advantages
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in developing and cultivating relationships
- Dynamic team player, positive mindset, active listener, and able to provide constructive feedback
- Possess good planning, organisation and presentation skills
- Able to work independently under tight deadlines, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good administrator
- Events-organising experience would be a plus.
- Strong database management skills and ability to produce detailed reports
- Willingness to work outside office hours as required
