**About Department and Purpose of the Position**

As a Senior Executive / (Senior) Assistant Manager, he/she will assist the Head, Corporate Planning, in accomplishing the key organisational processes of corporate development, space management / planning and performance monitoring for the National University Centre for Women and Children (NUWoC).

**Key Responsibilities**

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

1. Corporate Development
a. Work with the relevant stakeholders to develop the strategic priorities and work plan for new programmes / initiatives
b. Coordinate and prepare the Centre’s annual work plan and financial budget in discussion with the relevant clinician leads and operations team
c. Prepare presentation slides related to the development of the Centre’s strategies, annual work plan and budget
d. Provide secretariat support, including minutes writing, for the Centre’s leadership meetings such as NUWoC Core Team meetings

2. Space Management
a. Facilitate working level discussion and follow up on the Centre’s requirement for the NUH redevelopment master planning
b. Manage the office seating plan for the Centre with the assistance of the administration team

3. Performance Monitoring
a. Organise clinical, operational and financial data for regular reporting at department / staff meetings and for external requestors (e.g. NCID, MOH)
b. Perform value-added trend analysis on financial, operational and clinical data of the Centre to derive insights and inform decision making
c. Interpret and communicate data analysis findings through visualization such as charts and graphs, reports, etc.

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties

1. To perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer, Section Heads and/or Head of Operations and Administration of the Centre.

**Key Requirements**
- Recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Administration, Finance, Science, Engineering or related fields
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a healthcare environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Practical experience in data analysis will be advantageous
