**L1 Support Engineer**

**Work Location**: Central, Singapore

**About the Role**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by end-users (EU) in a timely and effective manner.
- Document and escalate complex technical issues to higher support tiers when necessary.
- Assist with basic Azure cloud platform administration, including user management and resource monitoring.
- Provide basic support for ARUBA Access Points and Fortinet Firewalls, including monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with senior network engineers to address advanced network issues.
- Conduct routine checks on IT systems to ensure reliability and performance.
- Assist in deploying patches, updates, and configurations as required.
- Work closely with other IT team members to maintain a high level of IT service delivery.
- Ensure clear and professional communication with end-users to understand and address their concerns.
- Perform other related tasks as when required.

**Job Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or similar role, preferably within the financial services sector or SME environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365 and Windows OS.
- Basic understanding of Azure cloud platform administration.
- Familiarity with ARUBA Access Points and Fortinet Firewall configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with end-users.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
