Our client, a security solutions provider has been established for more than 25 years, with a strong reputation in the industry. They specialize in delivering comprehensive turn-key security systems, from design and integration to maintenance and support and serve clients in government, trade and commercial sectors. They are now looking for an IT System Service Engineer to join their expanding team

Location: Ang Mo Kio/Yio Chu Kang OR Tampines West locations available

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide first point of contact to customer for fault reporting
- Provide level 1 support and troubleshooting which includes diagnosis of hardware and software failures or problems
- Keep track of outstanding issues and follow up with customers and relevant stakeholders for problem resolution
- Service ownership for fault reporting based on ITIL standard Service
- Management including RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and AAR (After Action Review)
- Perform software and hardware installation, updates and bug fixes as well as configuration
- Conduct periodic or ad-hoc checks/testing with documentation
- Write or update technical documentation (SOW, System/network diagram, troubleshooting guide etc.) and Incident reports

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 - 2 years' L1 IT support/System Engineer experience, proficient with Windows and Linux OS systems will be a strong advantage
- Keen sense of urgency for service performance issuesEducational qualification in any IT discipline or equivalent
