We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic L1 IT support engineers.
Team is expected to cover normal Singapore working hours from client office Mon-Fri.

**Responsibilities**:
2) Monitoring ticket system for new incidents
3) Direct incident resolution using knowledge base
4) Work closely with other IT support teams to ensure timely incident resolution
5) Remote network troubleshooting and administration
6) Virtual Device administration and management
**Skills**:
Must have
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in L1 Technical Support (ideally Banking Environment)
Technical Skills required:
- Remote desktop support for Microsoft Windows
- Remote network troubleshooting and administration
- Microsoft Windows, Windows Server and Microsoft 365 deployment, administration and management
- Virtual Device administration and management (for example: Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, AWS, VMware, vSphere, Horizon Client)
- Experience working with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira in a high-paced MSP environment is a major plus
Soft Skills:
- A passion for customer service and great ‘soft’ skills
- Ability to present technical information in plain terms to non-technical users
- Great attention to detail especially when it comes to documentation and taking excellent notes
