It is licensed by local regulators to manage assets for institutional clients across Asia. Job Description Provide technical support (L1) to team members facing issues with their desktop systems. Install, configure, and manage software and hardware systems. Perform troubleshooting (L1) to diagnose and resolve problems. Train team members on new technology and software. Monitor system performance to ensure efficient operations. Establish good relationships with team members to improve user experience. Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of IT infrastructure. Maintain accurate records of IT assets to assist in budgeting and planning. The Successful Applicant A successful Desktop Support (L1) candidate should have: A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong technical skills including knowledge of software, hardware, and networks. Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and provide clear instructions. A customer-focused approach to ensure user satisfaction.
