As a Desktop Support specialist, you will be responsible for handling tickets that require onsite support, responding to client support requests, and contacting clients to understand the nature of their problems. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining computer peripherals, and upgrading operating systems and software. Additionally, you will be expected to troubleshoot networking and connection issues, advise on software and hardware upgrades, and provide basic training in computer operation and management.You will also play a key role in incident management, change management, and problem management. It is essential that you have a working knowledge and provide support for SAP, Microsoft software and hardware, and networking. Moreover, familiarity with Networks, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Cloud backup will be advantageous in this role.,
