
Security Solution Sales Manager

At Progreso Networks & Security, our client relationships are our top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable Channel Sales Manager to maintain our system integration partners’ accounts and serve as our main point of contact.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and strengthen partners’ relationships to achieve long-term partnerships with system integrators
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services in a timely manner
- Actively engaging with existing partners and new leads to reach out to prospects in other teams.
- Presenting and helping partners to understand the value of our solutions and supporting them fully to provide turnkey solutions to their customers.
- Be a strong influencer to partners to use our solutions and services instead of our competitions.
- Following up closely with prospects on projects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- Identify, upsell and cross-sell new and renewal opportunities and communicate to enhance sales pipeline
**Requirement**:
- At least 3-5 years of IT security outdoor sales experience
- Diploma or degree in IT or computer science or equivalent
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process at different levels
- Comprehensive understanding of company security solutions offerings and industry trends
- Proactively engage with partners to assist them in their security solution requirement
- Good planning and time management skill
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
