
HR / Payroll Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll independently, timely and accurately according to set payroll timeline twice a month using payroll system
- Liaise with operations personnel for the E-leave & TMS matters
- Verification & reconciliation of daily attendance including overtime, leave records and monthly payroll adjustment or rectify any discrepancy
- Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports to Finance
- Provide final salary information for IR21 submission for foreign employees
- Prepare and submit various claim types - NSman make-up pay claim, government-paid leave schemes
- Handle queries from employees on payroll related matters
- Prepare CPF contributions, IR8A and submit foreign employees tax clearance
- Administration of all training related matters
- Filing of documents
- Assist in MOM surveys
- Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties when required
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or relevant
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar function
- Experience in handling high volume of payroll for more than 500 headcount will be an added advantage
- Good payroll knowledge and well-versed in the Employment Act and HR practices will be an added advantage
- Meticulous, fast learner and well organized
- Effective team player with a positive attitude and pro-active
- Hands on INFO-TECH HRIS system will be an added advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
**Education**:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
