**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:

- To provide support to clients in SEA 8 countries for operations and projects with eCommerce platform
- To resolve any issues or queries related to systems with engaging with the operation team
- To engage with the offsite operation team to resolve issues which need implementation
- To gather requirements from online business unit and other relevant stakeholders

**Responsibilities**:

- As a leader of group with more than 20+ members, it will be required to provide organization management skill, operation excellence, and consultancy
- Supporting various issues related to the eCommerce platform and legacy systems professionally and promptly
- Involving in Implementation/product launching projects
- Understanding clearly the client's requirements and liaising between online business unit and operation team (Dev team as well if it’s required) to ensure requirements are fully captured
- Providing/Consulting direct IT support to the online business unit with platform operation team (response and handling project if it’s required)
- Involving in the meetings and workshops associated with client and stakeholders
- Engaging and collaborating with stakeholders to extract high performance and gain value for money
- Actively seeking opportunities to develop knowledge and experience, internally and externally
- Reporting the operation status for internal/client use if it’s required (weekly, monthly basis

**Requirements**:

- B.S. in or equivalent experience
- Proactive, independent, responsible attitude
- Minimum 10 years+ experience in eCommerce platform operations and development management
- Technical Knowledge on eCommerce platforms(Hybris) will be plus
- Very strong relationship building and influencing skills
- Good Communication skill is important for this position as a group lead with all relevant stakeholders (Group members, client, and report line etc.)
- Excellence in managing/operation team, and hands on approach and flexible outlook in the workplace
- Proven understanding of computer operations and troubleshooting for eCommerce platforms
- Strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to adapt and work round obstacles to get things done
- Ability to understand and respond to the drivers and concerns of both business and technical
- Consistent record of managing relationships with key customers and tailoring messages accordingly

- Strong experience in working with the large organisation, multiple stakeholders, and big agencies
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with an ability to multitask in a busy environment with multiple contacts
- Knowledge in ERP(SAP), 3rd party system integration
- eCommerce platform Frontend / Backend development involving experience
