**About the Department**:
At UOB - HR Perform and Talent Management team, we build leadership pipeline, shape the corporate culture and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth.

As a member of the Perform team, you will provide support in using data and analytical mindset to draw nuances and insights to produce high level reflection of strengths and development areas of employees across various levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Bank’s performance management framework end to end, tracking timeliness and progression of KPI setting, mid-year reviews and end of year evaluations
- Provide data and analytics to HR Business Partners and leaders to help drive progression of the performance management cycle, using facts and data to derive meaningful insights in helping businesses make thoughtful, data-driven decisions
- Coordinate organization wide Performance and Development Councils (PDCs) to facilitate robust discussion and calibration of performance and development
- Develop and deliver critical information on performance, development and multi rater feedback, in the form of individual dossiers to facilitate PDC discussions

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Between 5 to 8 years of HR process knowledge is essential / may demonstrate proficiency in an area of HR specialism e.g. rewards, recruitment, business partnership
- Prior experience of working with SAP/WD is desirable
- Prior experience of working in a shared service centre environment is desirable
