Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for Member Relations team and overseeing its daily operations as well as member retention, ensuring all members and their guests feel welcome, connected and engaged in the Club. You will also be responsible create targeted activities & events with the intent of maximizing on revenue streams as well as overseeing the various activities and events at the Club that cater to the general Membership and their families.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages the daily operations of the reception, supervise and support the team with their duties
- Engages members and maintains open communication and excellent member relations towards continuous preference for the Club’s services as well as tracking service standards at the club by compiling feedback from members and guests on a monthly basis
- Assists and ensures the completion and follow-up of members’ feedback.
- Addresses member’s complaints and ensures that they are properly addressed and communicated to the various departments concerned.
- Assists in creating awareness programs to optimize business opportunities.
- Conducts new membership surveys on a pre-scheduled basis to develop competitive and innovative programs and services for members.
- Collaborate and coordinate with various departments, including the banquet and food & beverages teams in overseeing the planning, logistics and production of all events.
- Manage branding and communication of all events as well as being present during key activities and events at the Club.
- Source opportunities to increase awareness, promote, develop and maintain good external relations to strengthen the British Club’s image and brand recall.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with at least 3 years in a management capacity, preferably in a hospitality/club industry
- Experience in executing in-person, hybrid or virtual events
- Good knowledge and interest in the latest industry trends, event technology and best practices
- Strong leadership skills and a team player
- Excellent guest relation and problem solving skill and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work on shifts and weekends.Tags
