
Member Relations Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for sales of new memberships as well as retention of existing members.
- Create and update membership marketing material and membership form
- Marketing of membership
- Plan and execute membership events and activities to engage members and non-members;
- Secure and expand the suite of benefits and privileges accorded to members;
- Propose and secure partnership/collaborative arrangements with external parties that could fuel the growth of ASME's initiatives;
- Provide secretarial support in daily operations within the division, which includes
- Processing of new/renewal/upgrade
- Maintain and update member record and industry classification
- Track billing to member
**Requirements**:
- Degree holder in marketing, communications, business or related fields.
- Diploma holders with 1-2 years of sales/marketing experience may be considered;
- Meticulous and proactive attitude;
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively cultivate relationships with prospects and members;
- Ability to organise, plan and prioritise workload involving multiple task at one time
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint);
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts) and possess knowledge in use of digital marketing will be an added advantage.
