Responsibilities and duties
Membership:

- Respond to membership enquiries, conduct tours and onboard new members
- Respond to member requests for suspensions, terminations and corporate transfers
- Work with membership and finance team for additional member related matters such as renewals, disputes, suspensions, terminations and finance related matters
- Liaising with finance team for member related finance
- Troubleshoot member issues from time to time
- Support Membership & Partnerships Director with member analysis, reports and surveys
- Building benefits with partners to ensure we have a valuable benefit offering for our members
- Manage highly sensitive membership data

Communities:

- Create and manage communities for our members from fitness focussed to literature loving groups. Work with the members to understand their passions to help drive the formation of these communities
- Conceptualize, produce and manage community focused initiatives, events and programming, working with the wider team.
- Ensure a wide and diverse range of communities and associated initiatives are considered
- Ensure all events are organized and planned in time for deadlines and communicated appropriately.

Women’s Forum:

- Manage the annual project plan for the Women’s Forum

Assign members to groups for the Women’s Forum
- Conceptualize and manage regular content and events for the Women’s Forum
- Produce end of year gathering

Qualification and Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years work experience in a sales & customer service focused role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong team player
- Must be able to prioritise and multi-task
- Strong proficiency in organization, problem solving and communication
- Flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends
