
Member Relations Executive

**Job Summary**
You will be the customer service representative fronting the reception of our shared office space, reporting to the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the workspace. You will provide friendly, authentic and professional support to our members, creating an excellent workspace experience that members will be happy to tell others about. Some of your specific duties and tasks include the following:
- Man the front desk, welcoming members, guests, and visitors to the workspace
- Assist to conduct tours around the premises, serve beverages when required
- Operate the phone system, receiving calls on the mainline and relaying calls or messages to members and own staff.
- Handle membership registration and onboarding process.
- Answering basic enquiries about the workspace.
- Invoicing and processing payment from members.
- New members IT and service set up.
- Mail sorting and management
- Assist operations to run monthly events for members
- Book meeting rooms for members
- Monitor room allocation and space usage/bookings
- Maintain equipment and appliances.
- Monitor loan of any IT equipment or peripherals.
- Take stock and ensure pantry and honesty bar are re-stocked in timely manner.
- Opening up and closing the office space at the start and end of operation hours, ensuring lights and air-con are switched on and off.
**Skills & Abilities**
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Confident in engaging people of all nationalities
- General knowledge of computers, and office automation equipment
- Ability to use Microsoft office software, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Ability to use Google Drive and cloud based computing solutions
