We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as **Manager, Members Engagement & Events **. In this role, you will be supporting the Head of Members Engagement and Events to manage member relationship, organise membership-related activities as well as SACEOS' flagship events and trade missions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Member Recruitment and Retention**: Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and retain members. Identify opportunities to add value to member organisations through targeted initiatives and resources to drive satisfaction and member retention.
- **Member Connect Activities**: Organise regular Member Connect activities, including networking sessions and workshops, to facilitate knowledge sharing and interaction among members.
- **Membership Administration**: Administer membership fee collection and membership database management.
- **Singapore MICE Sustainability Certification (MSC)**: Follow up with member enquiries and drive the adoption of the Singapore MSC.
- **Event Management**: Plan, coordinate, and execute SACEOS' flagship events, such as the Singapore MICE Forum and Asia CEO Summit.
- **Trade Missions**: Manage inbound and outbound trade missions, coordinating logistics, delegations, and business matching activities.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary education with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in related fields.
- Prior experience in members engagement, events or familiarity with the MICE industry are advantageous.
- Takes initiative and work independently to complete assigned tasks within the given timeline.
- Strong operation and execution skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships with members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
