The **Service One Ambassador **is responsible for ensuring all communications relating to the hotel, both external and internal are action speedily and efficiently in accordance with the specified minimum standards. Appropriate decisions to be made to ensure the smooth running of Service One operations.

**Our Expectations**:

- Maximise room sales and revenue for the hotel, maintaining a sales attitude at all times.
- Ensure all customer communications are transferred to the central distribution point for action.
- Ensure and maintain the security of information relating to guest, customers and associates in the hotel.
- Ensure all guest requests including wake-up calls, handling of in-coming faxes, follow-ups on task/service request via the FCS Connect system, restaurant reservations and courtesy calls to guest are action speedily and in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Ensure the Service One Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either customers or other departments.
- Ensure all charges are allocated in accordance with the hotel credit policy.
- Sound knowledge of room service menu and uses proactive selling techniques.
- Be familiar with all hotel emergency, fire and security procedures.

We are looking for a self-motivated Service One Ambassador with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should have an eye for detail yet creative and nimble with ability to adapt to ever changing requirements and needs of customers.
