Job Title: Guest Service Ambassador

About This Role:

This position plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing timely and professional assistance through various communication channels.

  • Answer Incoming Calls: Respond to guest inquiries with courtesy and efficiency
  • Provide Accurate Information: Offer up-to-date knowledge on products, services, and promotions
  • Handle Guest Requests: Assist with in-room services, amenities, hotel facilities, wake-up calls, and message handling
  • Making Outbound Calls: Follow up as required to ensure outstanding service
  • Escalate Complex Issues: Refer complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments for resolution
  • Record and Relay Messages: Clearly and accurately record messages, follow up to ensure completion

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent qualification
  • Pleasant Mannerisms: Possess a pleasant and friendly demeanor, with the ability to attend to all guests with respect and patience under all circumstances
  • Previous Experience: Preferably with 1 year experience in a Call Centre or Command Centre environment
  • Computer Applications: Familiarity with relevant computer applications such as OPERA, Knowcross, PABX, Wake-up Call System, and Outlook
  • Flexibility: Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
