Job Role: Guest Service Ambassador

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your primary focus will be to work closely with the Assistant Manager and provide courteous services to guests, responding efficiently and tactfully to their complaints, requests, and enquiries.

Key responsibilities include liaising closely with Concierge, Reception, and Front Office cashier on guest arrivals and departures, establishing contacts with house guests/long-staying guests, and rendering assistance when necessary. You will also make courtesy calls to guests, requisition and keep stock of promotional materials for daily operations, and ensure efficient and courteous services in baggage, transport handling, and general enquiries.

  • Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service
  • Meet or exceed targets for guest feedback and complaint resolution
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: O-Level or equivalent qualification
  • Rotating shift availability
  • Positive attitude with outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera will be advantageous
