Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Services Ambassador.

This role involves creating exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless service delivery, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

A strong focus on teamwork, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests with warmth and hospitality
  • Handle reservations and guest inquiries with efficiency
  • Support events and collaborate closely with the Events Coordinator
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment
  • Coordinate effectively with front-of-house and service staff
  • Manage accurate guest records and handle administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, ITE, Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and professional grooming
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong teamwork skills
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays
  • Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
