**About the team**
The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users through our globally popular products. The Product Management team builds products for the User Growth team to increase efficiency and productivity.
**What you will be doing**:
- Responsible for integrating and building company internal systems, including but not limited to OA, CRM, Settlement, etc;
- Able to improve the efficiency of the process whilst ensuring compliance with the procedure.
- Responsible for building the settlement platform for user growth from end-to-end;
- Ensuring finance-related processes like accrual, settlement, payment is online;
- Responsible for various data metrics determination for finance process and maintaining the accuracy of the data.
- Responsible for CRM system design and maintenance; Able to conduct research, planning, and design for the user growth business process; Improve capabilities of external business partners through digitization and platformization of the process; Improve the efficiency of collaborations between internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance of the procedure.
**What you should have**:
- At least 2 years of product management experience, with knowledge in Finance/CRM-related products.
- Good logical thinking and data analysis ability, independent thinking ability, able to use data to support decisions.
- Proven track record in project management, product design, and PRD drafting skills.
- Familiar with various design tools like Axure RP, Sketch, Xmind, etc;
- Ability to speak Mandarin is required, working with Chinese-business stakeholders.
