We are looking for an experienced and passionate Esports Event Manager to plan, execute, and manage high-impact esports events, tournaments, and activations. This role demands a strategic leader who thrives in dynamic environments, has a deep understanding of the esports ecosystem, and is proficient in floor plan design, event logistics, and team coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **End-to-End Event Management**:Lead the planning, execution, and post-event review of online and in-person esports events, tournaments, and brand activations.
- **Floor Plan Design**:Create detailed venue layouts and technical floor plans using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software to optimize space, flow, and functionality.
- **Team & Vendor Coordination**:Manage internal teams, production partners, contractors, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
- **Venue & Logistics Management**:Coordinate with venues on site inspections, infrastructure requirements, load-in/load-out schedules, safety protocols, and on-ground logistics.
- **Tournament Operations**:Oversee competitive integrity, rule enforcement, broadcast integration, and match scheduling in partnership with tournament ops leads.
- **Budget Oversight**:Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:Serve as a point of contact for sponsors, talent, partners, and internal stakeholders to align on event goals and expectations.
- **Risk Management**:Anticipate potential challenges, implement contingency plans, and ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations.
- **Post-Event Reporting**:Analyze and report on event success, KPIs, feedback, and improvement points.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5+ years of experience managing live and/or digital events, preferably in gaming or esports.
- Proficient in creating technical floor plans and layouts using event planning or architectural tools.
- Demonstrated experience leading event teams and executing events of various scales.
- Strong understanding of esports tournament formats, broadcasting, and production workflows.
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Available to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in streaming or broadcast production.
- Familiarity with esports titles such as Mobile Legends Bang Bang, Street Fighter 6, Valorant, CS2, or Mobile games.
- CAD/SketchUp/Visio certification or advanced skills.
- Existing relationships with vendors and venues in the gaming/esports industry.
