Oversee corporate absent members, longstanding members’ privileges and other ancillary clerical matters.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Ensure all documents and payments are submitted in order.
- Create an account for new corporate memberships in iClub
- Prepare temporary membership cards, temporary car park labels, new membership files, etc for new Corporate Nominee.
- Preparing for Members Introduction night and Print membership cards for new members attending Introduction Night.
- Process resignation of Corporate Membership.
- Ensure the return of Club issued articles and refund to the relevant party.
- Assist in registration for Introduction Night, and other members’ meetings at the Club as and when required.
- Arrange for potential members to view the Club’s facilities.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Certificate in Business Administration or its equivalent.
- 2 years related working experience preferably in hospitality and club environment.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written, and a positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in support roles.
- Ability to adapt and embraces strong cultural diversity, and work in multi-ethnic teams.
