**Responsibilities**:

- Assist on system assigning of jobs
- Managing claims or fines for vehicles
- Arranging for servicing of vehicles
- To maintain and update the filing system for contracts
- To provide administrative support to the fleet department
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors or operation managers

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or equivalent
- Willing to learn, able to work independently
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is advantageous
- Entry-level are welcome to apply
