
Staffing Operations Associate, Staffing

Minimum qualifications:
- Experience in project management, guiding process improvements, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders/customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with structuring ambiguous problems and working with data to uncover insights and create appropriate presentations and storylines to influence executive decisions.
- Experience in project management, including process optimization and a familiarity with business analytics, scripting tools, and databases.
- Ability to take initiative, analyze metrics and data to regularly inform the strategy for achieving team objectives.
- Ability to maximize individual and team performance.
- Ability to build productive relationships with and influence all levels of employees and partners.
**About the job**:
As a Staffing Operations Associate, you will be a specialist for interviewing operations, ensuring a seamless, customer-centered hiring process. You will be responsible for keeping the interviewing processes organized and efficient while actively maintaining clear lines of communication with recruiters, hiring managers, customers, and teammates.
You will work on improving operational efficiencies to contribute to the overall success of the Staffing team with a focus on the APAC region.

**Responsibilities**:
- Influence internal clients on creating an efficient interviewing process and effective use of interviewing resources.
- Own and drive high impact projects or programs with responsibility to set objectives, manage the team involved, and report on progress and final results.
- Run strategic initiatives to improve goals and decrease process variance, pain points, and bottlenecks.
- Analyze data and generate business insights to guide business decisions as well as introduce ways for the team to work efficiently in their efforts to achieve results.
