This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range, benefits, and generous paid time off.

The role is hybrid and based in Mumbai or Delhi, requiring up to 2 days in the office per week for collaboration.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate and manage global resource allocation for optimal staffing levels.
  • Work with Project Managers and department heads to plan staffing needs.
  • Administer the Resource Management Platform (Kantata) and ensure accurate data.
  • Run monthly utilization reports and provide data analysis.
  • Support India staffing and operations with timesheet compliance, capacity planning, and problem-solving.
  • Address ad hoc requests promptly and provide operational support for the India team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in new business management, resource management, or people analytics.
  • Proficient English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the development sector and key funders/partners in India and globally.
  • Strong data analytics, reporting, and knowledge management skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in resource management tools and Google Suite.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
