Staffing & Operations Associate Manager

Your responsibilities include managing staffing challenges, overseeing operational aspects, and enhancing team efficiency to contribute to Purpose's impact across regional offices. You will work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations delivery.The ideal candidate for this role is energetic, solution-oriented, and adaptable, with excellent prioritization and attention to detail. You excel at balancing multiple tasks, communicating effectively, and collaborating with team members. This full-time position, offered at the Associate Manager tier, comes with an annual salary range of 1,650,000 - 2,430,000 plus benefits and generous PTO. The role is hybrid and based in Mumbai or Delhi, requiring up to 2 days in the office per week for collaboration. You will report to the Senior Director of Operations in New York, with flexible working hours to accommodate the global team.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage global resource allocation for optimal staffing levels.- Work with Project Managers and department heads to plan staffing needs.- Administer the Resource Management Platform (Kantata) and ensure accurate data.- Run monthly utilization reports and provide data analysis.- Support India staffing and operations with timesheet compliance, capacity planning, and problem-solving.- Address ad hoc requests promptly and provide operational support for the India team.Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in new business management, resource management, or people analytics.- Proficient English communication skills.- Familiarity with the development sector and key funders/partners in India and globally.- Strong data analytics, reporting, and knowledge management skills.- Proven problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude.- Proficiency in resource management tools and Google Suite.- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of independent task management.If you are excited to support global teams, work with diverse backgrounds, and contribute to building a diverse and inclusive work environment, this role at Purpose is the perfect opportunity for you.
