Senior Staffing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Staffing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

The Senior Staffing Specialist will be responsible for program management of Associate Consultant and Senior Associate Consultant classes across Southeast Asia. This includes staffing, resource utilization, capacity monitoring, and optimization. The role requires close collaboration with the rest of the Staffing team to identify well-balanced case teams, ensuring individual professional developmental needs are understood and addressed.

Daily Operations, Innovation, and Process Improvement

The ideal candidate will contribute to the seamless running of day-to-day operations, work collaboratively with the team to ensure data integrity in the Staffing system, and adopt a continuous improvement mindset to recommend and implement simple steps to improve processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related discipline or Organizational Psychology/People-related field
  • Preferably 5-7+ years of work experience, ideally with direct staffing experience in a professional services firm
  • Strong communication and ability to build and nurture collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Resourceful at finding out-of-the-box solutions and engaging in problem-solving
