Job Title: Staffing and Operations Supervisor

As a key member of the management team, the staffing and operations supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

The staffing and operations supervisor will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions to ensure they meet company expectations. This includes recruiting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees as needed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong negotiation and critical thinking skills. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on customer service and time management.

We are looking for someone who can maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for working closely with the operation head and management team to set and implement policies, procedures, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees as needed
  • Communicate job expectations and monitor, appraise, and review job contributions
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
  • Work closely with the operation head and management team to set and implement policies, procedures, and systems
  • Maintain great relationships with key business partners
