*Role Overview:*
The Sales Personal Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to our sales team, helping coordinate meetings, manage client communications, and ensure smooth workflow. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for sales staff.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) database.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and event logistics as needed.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide outstanding customer support.
- Support the team with administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and document management.
*Qualifications:*
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant, sales support, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
